Emma Browne – Practice Manager
As the leader of the Ethique Plastic Surgery team, Emma prides herself on her friendly, professional approach, strong values and making a difference in people’s lives.
Emma has many years’ experience in the medical industry both in private practice as Practice Manager, as well as hospital administration. This means she has a comprehensive understanding of everything involved in the patient journey from first consultation through to surgery and post-operative care. Emma is committed to making this process as easy as possible for patients. She strives to ensure high standards are consistently maintained, through her excellent organisational skills and continuous drive for refining and improving processes.
Emma answers all questions and enquiries with patience and understanding. She is based in Ethique Plastic Surgery’s main office in Miranda however she ensures our Practice in all of our 3 locations runs smoothly and efficiently. Emma is always happy to help our patients, staff and other medical professionals.
Liz – Medical Receptionist
Liz helps create a warm and welcoming experience for every patient who visits Ethique Plastic Surgery in our Miranda rooms. With a few years’ experience as a medical receptionist and a background in healthcare as a midwife, she brings compassion, efficiency and a calm, supportive approach to our practice and patients. Liz is known for her caring nature, constant smile and willingness to help wherever she can, making patients feel comfortable and well looked after from the moment they arrive. Outside of working at Ethique, she is also a professional photographer, combining her creativity with a passion for capturing special moments.
Liz is based in our Miranda rooms.
Pauline – Practice Nurse
Pauline is our experienced and ever-cheerful Practice Nurse in the Miranda rooms. A highly skilled Registered Nurse with many years of experience, she also works alongside Dr Safvat in theatres at some of our hospitals. Pauline is known for her gentle approach, clinical excellence, and the perfect balance of care and empathy. She has a natural ability to put patients at ease during and her warm and reassuring presence makes her a valued member of our team and a favourite among patients.
Kelly - Medical Receptionist
Kelly is our friendly and dedicated receptionist at the Miranda rooms, known for her bubbly nature and unmistakable UK accent. With many years of experience in medical administration across both the UK and Australia, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a warm, welcoming presence to our team. Kelly migrated to Sydney with her family seven years ago and has been a valued part of the local healthcare community ever since. Her caring approach and genuine love for helping people ensure that every patient feels at ease from the moment they walk through our doors.
Melanie - Medical Receptionist
Melanie is our warm and welcoming receptionist based in Bowral, where she brings a calm, caring, and helpful presence to the team. A proud Bowral local, Melanie comes from a background in event organisation, where her attention to detail and people-first approach shone through. Now embracing the challenge of medical reception, she is eager to support both patients and staff with the same dedication and enthusiasm. Her friendly nature and natural ability to make others feel at ease make her a wonderful first point of contact in our Bowral rooms.
